Privacy Policy

This policy explains what evchargerinstallationapex.com (the "Site") collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

Details you give us. When you submit the quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number and the description of the job you type in. That is everything the form asks for.

Details collected automatically. The Site's hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to run and secure the Site. The Site does not set analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

Your request goes to the EV charger installation provider that serves your area so they can quote the job. It is also kept in our own lead records so a request is never lost if an email fails. We use contact details only to respond to your request and arrange the work. We do not sell your details.

3. Who sees it

Your request is shared with: the EV charger installation provider that will quote your job, the email service that delivers the request, and the hosting provider that stores the Site and its lead records. Each of these processes it only to deliver the service described here.

4. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while the job is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider and are not used to identify you.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to info@evchargerinstallationapex.com. We answer within 30 days.

6. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are handled on the hosting provider's edge network and stored in an access-controlled record. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Children

The Site is for property owners and managers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

8. Changes
